Sarah Neischstadt – has been working as a dental assistant for 27 years. Studied in the first dental assistant class at Tel-Aviv University. Involved in hygiene training in schools and in the Ministry of Health. Has undergone every possible training, including in England, in Dental Assistants school, in Argentina and in the United States. Her rule at work is to treat the patient with respect, as a human being and not just another faceless patient.
She has patients who have been coming to her since the day she began and who are unwilling to replace her. She herself claims that she is a kind of a dinosaur. Her work license number is 31, whereas there are more than 2500 dental assistants today.
