Efrat Arnon – has been working as a reflexologist for 9 years and loves her job. Especially the combination of reflexology and dentistry. She says that she gains tremendous satisfaction in alleviating pain of patients, including alleviating the symptoms of panic attacks.
She makes sure to begin working on the feet before the dental procedure begins in order to make the patient forget where he is.
She particularly remembers a strong statement that one of Dr. Zilberman's patients told her – that she was hindering her ability to be afraid.
Sarah Neischstadt – has been working as a dental assistant for 27 years. Studied in the first dental assistant class at Tel-Aviv University. Involved in hygiene training in schools and in the Ministry of Health. Has undergone every possible training, including in England, in Dental Assistants school, in Argentina and in the United States. Her rule at work is to treat the patient with respect, as a human being and not just another faceless patient.
She has patients who have been coming to her since the day she began and who are unwilling to replace her. She herself claims that she is a kind of a dinosaur. Her work license number is 31, whereas there are more than 2500 dental assistants today.
Naomi Gabbai – has been working as a reflexologist for 5 years and is pleased with the inclusion of her work in the dental clinic. Is confident that this is a successful merger that significantly alleviates patient anxiety, and completely changes their nightmare treatment experience. Particularly recalls once severe case involving a patient who was so stressed to the point of his entire body breaking out in sweat – due to the combination of reflexology and Dr. Zilberman's skilled hands, the patient completely relaxed, and even managed to doze off.
